Terms of Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation;
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code;
• Scrape or harvest information from the Site except as the law allows;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information.

iRocket is not open to outside buyers yet. Submitting a Request access form does not create an account, a contract or any obligation for either of us, and we may decline or not respond to any request.

If we offer you access to the iRocket platform, your use of it will be governed by a separate written agreement. By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you at the details you provide.

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not an offer to provide any service.

Results. Case studies describe individual advertisers' campaigns on the platform. They are not a promise or guarantee of results; your results will differ.

Sample data. Product screens, reports and figures marked "Sample data" are illustrative and do not describe any real advertiser or campaign.

Third-party figures. Industry statistics are attributed to their published sources, which we do not control.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photography, and the iRocket Digital name and logo, are owned by Just Badge Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the Site without our permission.

Other names and marks mentioned on the Site, such as those of verification providers and media platforms, belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Their mention does not imply endorsement.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Just Badge Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Just Badge Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
