Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request access, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, monthly media budget range and the channels you're interested in.

Technical information. Like any website, our servers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and keep the Site secure.

No cookies or analytics. The Site does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

We don't intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you don't send it to us through the Site.

• To review your access request and contact you about it, including if we open iRocket to outside buyers;
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We don't send marketing newsletters from this Site. Where the law requires a basis for processing, we rely on steps taken at your request (responding to your access request) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, under terms that limit how they can use it:

• Resend, which delivers each access request to our team by email;
• Our email provider, where those messages are kept;
• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers behind the Site.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

This Policy covers the irocket.digital website. The iRocket advertising platform at app.irocket.digital is operated with a programmatic technology partner and is provided to account holders under separate terms, which explain how account and campaign data are handled.

We keep access requests for as long as we need them to evaluate and respond to them and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, or to ask us to delete an access request you sent, email matthew@justbadge.com.

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), additional rights may apply and we'll address them on request. We don't "sell" or "share" personal information as California law defines those terms.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. The Site may link to other websites whose privacy practices are their own.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice.
